Our One-Step UV Primer/Filler – a revolutionary one-component primer/filler that eliminates the need for mixing with other products. Achieve rapid drying in just 1-2 minutes (depending on the layer thickness) by using our UV lamp (UVL 00). This one-step system enhances productivity, saving time and energy. Suitable for various surfaces, including sanded and clean steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, dried and sanded OEM finishes, polyester fillers, hard and semi-hard plastics, making it ideal for spot and smart repair applications.

TSP 1500 application - Directions for use
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface to remove dust and/or grease. Sand with P180 – P220 for better adhesion.
- Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball starts rattling.
- Test Spray: Apply to a test area to ensure compatibility and desired texture.
- Application:
- 1- layer: Spray a full coat from a distance of 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) in even overlapping strokes.
- 2- layers: Spray a full coat from a distance of 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) in even overlapping strokes. Flash off for +-10 seconds.Spray a 2nd full coat from a distance of 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) in even overlapping strokes.
- 3- layers: Spray a full coat from a distance of 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) in even overlapping strokes, Flash off for +-10 seconds. Spray a 2nd full coat from a distance of 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) in even overlapping strokes, flash off for +-20 seconds. Intermediate curing 90 seconds with at 7mw/cm² at 395nm (60 seconds with Finixa UVL 00). Spray a 3rd full coat from a distance of 20cm – 30cm (8-12 inches) in even overlapping strokes.
- UV-Curing: Leave +-30 seconds flash off before curing, expose the coated area to 7mw/cm² for 3-5 minutes or as manufacturer guidelines to cure. Finixa UVL 00: 1 layer or 3 layers: 45 – 60 seconds full exposure. 2 layers : 60 – 90 seconds full exposure.
- Top Coating: Once fully cured, the surface is ready for top coating or further preparation.
- Nozzle Maintenance: Invert the can and spray for 2-3 seconds to clear the nozzle.
