The formula is fully compatible with both water-borne and solvent-borne paint systems, making it a versatile and essential step in any preparation process. During the sanding and preparation of plastic components such as bumpers and wheel arches, static charges often build up. These charges attract dust and airborne particles that can cause imperfections in the final coating. DGR features integrated anti-static properties that instantly neutralise static electricity, turning the surface anti-static and preventing new contamination. This eliminates the need for costly anti-static guns, offering a clean surface with less equipment and fewer steps.

Application

Degreasing and cleaning with pressurized sprayer LSP 20.
- Spray the product on the surface to degrease.
- Remove the dirt with a first degreasing cloth (SOF 19-20-21).
- Dry the surface with a second degreasing cloth (SOF 19-20-21).
Degreasing and cleaning in combination with SOF 25 bucket.
- Open the SOF 25 bucket. The bucket contains 1 roll of cleaning cloths.
- Add 700 ml of DGR to the bucket.
- Leave for 30 minutes before using the cloths.
- Ready for use.
- Remove the dirt with the SOF 25 cloth.
- Dry the surface using a dry degreasing cloth (SOF 19-20-21).
