CBP applicationDirections for use with spray gun:
- Use a 1.8 - 2.5 nozzle. Spray pressure: 2-3 bar.
- Layer thickness: 125 mμ. The layer thickness determines how fast the product dries out.
- For an optimal application we recommend to apply the product in 3 layers. After applying a layer wait 20 minutes before applying another.
- Cabin 7 x 4 x 3: average consumption 15L
- To prevent the coating from dripping, apply a thin smooth layer on vertical surfaces.
- Apply using a pressure tank (e.g. SPG 80) equipped with a 2.0–2.5 mm nozzle. Set the pressure in the tank to 2.0–2.5 bar.
- Do not dilute the product.
- Apply in one continuous, closed coat. When the applied layer starts to dry, an additional coat can be applied. A maximum of three coats may be applied in total.
- Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with warm water and a sponge, optionally with a drop of liquid soap, or by using a high-pressure cleaner.
