Directions for use
Intended to be used on a excentric rotating sander. For best results use on a 3mm deviation sander with a 5mm interface pad. The discs can only be used for dry sanding. Product especially suited for preparation before blending in grits P800 & P1000, and for paint defect rectification in grit P1500, P2000, and P2500.
- Start the sander ON the surface and stop OFF the surface. This will significantly reduce swirl marks.
- Apply light hand pressure on the sander and allow the backing pad to move freely. Let the tool do the work.
- Run the sander flat on the surface to prevent gouging.
- Follow a set pattern when sanding. This ensures that previous scratches are removed and a uniform finish is reached. Always follow the sanding steps prescribed by your paint supplier.
