The Colad Fast Curing System UV Putty Fine is an all-round UV putty for finishing small unevenness. Perfect for smart and spot repair. The putty is a one-component product, making it easy to apply. Can be applied to various surfaces, like metal and plastics. The putty can be applied with a pallet knife or rubber, and the convenient tube makes dosing simple. Easy to dry with the Colad UV Curing Light, curing time depends on exposure distance and layer thickness. Ready for further processing immediately.

No, the preparation does not differ from that of a normal putty. Degrease, sand and clear the surface before application.

Even though normal sunlight does contain UV radiation, it is not recommended to cure your UV putty this way. The sun produces irregular radiation, which could result in the layer of putty curing unevenly and cause adhesion problems.

The UV Putty can be used on metal, aluminium and plastics which are used on car exteriors.

When the Fast Curing System UV Putty is fully cured, it can resist temperatures up to 130°C.

UV light can safely irradiate putty layers with a thickness of 1 mm. Make sure to cure long enough and closely enough. Adhesion will be perfect when the Fast Curing System UV Putty is fully cured, provided that the substrate was treated according to the TDS. Application of a number of (very) thin layers of UV Putty is preferable to thicker layers.
