Paint Mixing Cup for Accurate and Consistent Paint Preparation
The MCP Mixing Cups are designed for accurate and consistent preparation of paints, lacquers, and coatings. Made from solvent‑resistant plastic, the cups maintain their shape during mixing and pouring, even when used with aggressive products. Clearly printed mixing ratios support precise dosing, helping deliver reliable material consistency from batch to batch. The cups are easy to handle, stack efficiently, and are compatible with matching lids, making them suitable for both manual and automated preparation workflows.
Supplied in bulk quantities, the MCP Mixing Cups support an efficient and organized working process in busy environments. Disposable use eliminates the need for cleaning and reduces the risk of cross‑contamination between mixes. The combination of accuracy, durability, and ease of use makes these cups a reliable solution for daily paint preparation, helping maintain a smooth and consistent workflow.

Application

MCP application - Directions for use
- Estimate the amount of paint needed for the repair.
In this example we need 300ml mixed paint, which is indicated as the orange line. - Check the scale, and look for the nearest full ratio, reducer included. This is indicated as the purple line.
- Fill the cup with component A, which is always your base product, to the required step on the first column from the left.
- Add component B, which can be your hardener, depending on type of paint, to the required step on the middle column.
- Mix component A & B thoroughly, and scrape the side of your cup clean with a mixing rod (Finixa GAC 0250/ 1000 or MPP 0200/ 0250)
- Add component C, the reducer, to the required step on the right column.
- Mix your components thoroughly until a homogene mass is created.
Intended use:- The mxing cup is designed for mixing, processing and stocking paints and not intended for transporting fluids.
- The handle is intended for use during paint mixing and processing. Using the handle to carry filled buckets can result in increased mechanical stress. It is therefore not recommended to fill buckets to their maximum capacity when moving them. During transport or temporary storage, a suitable lid must be used to minimise deformation and spillage.
- Use outside the recommended application may affect performance.
- Estimate the amount of paint needed for the repair.
